As part of the SID 23 water meter replacement project, you may have received a notification in your door to schedule a water meter install in your unit.
This notification does include the condominiums, but please note, not all units contain a shut off and therefore not all units require a meter installation.
There is no specific information on which units currently have shut offs, but it was originally typical to be units A and C, if you are not sure, please call the number
on the notification left by Andersen Plumbing, and they may request a interior visit prior to scheduling the meter install to confirm the need to even schedule an install.
Please also note, if your neighbor has the shut off, your water will be off during the same scheduled time, so please communicate with your neighbor regarding the install schedule,
that way you are aware when your water may not be available while they install the unit next door.

The 2023 owners meeting for the WCA has been scheduled for April 18th, 2023 at 7:00pm at Westmont Elementary School. A proxy form is also available for those unable to attend, it is vital to have input from all members of the WCA whether in person or via the proxy. Details and forms have been posted in the documents section for viewing HERE.
Starting Oct 18th, 2022, the WCA board will hold monthly meetings at Westmont Elementary School on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6pm until 7pm. The public is welcome to attend, the board does ask to be contacted prior to the meeting to ensure the board can accommodate seating any additional attendees.
