Starting Oct 18th, 2022, the WCA board will hold monthly meetings at Westmont Elementary School on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6pm until 7pm. The public is welcome to attend, the board does ask to be contacted prior to the meeting to ensure the board can accommodate seating any additional attendees.
The 2023 owners meeting for the WCA has been scheduled for April 18th, 2023 at 7:00pm at Westmont Elementary School. A proxy form is also available for those unable to attend, it is vital to have input from all members of the WCA whether in person or via the proxy. The SID sent out a yellow trifold mailer with a survey to be filled out by all residents of SID#23. It is important to fill out and return as soon as possible. The state requires these surveys to be filled out to prevent audits. If you have a completed form to turn in, or need a new form, contact Mike Quinn with the SID board
